Hello! I’m Moses Nunez and I’m pleased to meet you. I’ve spent the last three years as the Youth, Young Adult, and Confirmation Coordinator at my local parish in SoCal, and four years before that on staff with FOCUS evangelizing, coaching, and mentoring hundreds of university students.
I’m a certified coach through Metanoia, and I’m currently pursuing certification with the Center for Executive Coaching.

Ministry leadership can feel like a lonely road. I walk alongside ministry leaders as fellow pilgrims – helping them gain clarity in their mission, build systems that support real discipleship, and feel accompanied instead of isolated in the work.
For example, maybe you feel stretched too thin. Maybe you’re the one carrying the whole vision for your parish, and it’s starting to weigh on you. Maybe you just want space to think and plan without walking it alone. That’s what I’d love to support you in.
If you’re curious how it all works, we first start with clarity – a real vision for your ministry, tested against your own priorities and any key stakeholders. From there, we build backward: what needs to happen this year, this season, this month to actually get there.
Along the way we look at where the people in your ministry actually are spiritually – using a framework called Discipleship Stages – so your time and energy go where they’ll matter most, instead of just filling a calendar. We also build out a simple way to see your whole mission field at a glance: your people, your gaps, your priorities – so decisions get easier, not harder.
