About
Kristin was raised in Louisiana, shaped by decades in Northern California, and now lives out her purpose in sunny Florida. She brings a grounded, real-life, and empathetic approach to her coaching.
Her path has taken her through the corporate world, classrooms, church ministries, church office management, and decades of marketing experience.
She has an adventurous spirt, and has experienced career changes, family transitions, loss, grief, blended family life, later-in-life marriage, the complexity of midlife challenges, and more.
Kristin doesn’t coach from a textbook, she coaches from experience, because she has done and continues to do the work herself.
Work With This Coach
We begin with where you are, what you’re facing, what feels unclear, and what keeps coming up. Through a combination of mindset work and prayer, we begin to discern God’s will and uncover what’s underneath your daily thoughts, patterns, decisions, and reactions. This is the work that looks at why you do your life the way you do. And we determine what changes can be made. It’s can be a fast pace, or you can take it slow.

I am trained in Clifton Strengths, charisms, temperments, and mentorship.
In the past, I used to halt in fear, or kept going but was not confident in the decisions I made. Despite the upbringing I had in the Catholic faith, and the rich faith influence I had from family, aunts, and uncles, I was utterly lost in the area of discernment. And some of my actions turned out with unfavorable consequences…especially after a time of leaving my faith entirely. Many years later after coming back to the Lord, I am happy to share “the work” that continues to bear enormous fruits of peace and healing.
