What is the time commitment?
CCC is a 6-month weekly training program. You will have drills once a week for an hour and a half. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening session options. Students are responsible for completing the self-paced Catholic Coaching Foundations lessons on their own schedule.
After passing midterm qualification (roughly midway through the program) students will need to complete 10 practicum hours coaching clients to complete their certification. This needs to be completed within 12 months of their certification start date.
Plan to allot roughly 2 hours per week of lessons (same lessons from Catholic Coaching Foundations) and drill sessions. Students who enroll early will get immediate access to self-paced lessons.
Do you help me find clients to coach?
Following your midterm qualification and commencement of your practicum, we allow you to market your coaching calendar within our Catholic Coach Academy Pro space. This gives you exposure and an outlet to connect with people to accrue your 10 hours of practicum coaching. There is no payment for this–we are helping you connect with people to learn and achieve your practicum requirement.
Upon certification, we offer more opportunities for certified coaches to market through us in our online Certified Catholic Coach directory and in the Find a Catholic Coach space in the Metanoia Catholic Academy.
Are there any materials that we receive that we can use with our own clients?
CCC graduates gain access to our Certified Resource Library, with worksheets and lesson plans for leading a number of different workshops.
