I’m Coach V (Veronika van Wollen), and I help entrepreneurs, professionals, and individuals break through the thoughts, fears, and limiting beliefs that keep them stuck. Whether you’re looking to grow your business, improve your sales, recover from narcissistic abuse, strengthen your leadership, or gain clarity in your personal life, I help you move forward with confidence.
I’m the founder of Point & Send, co-founder of Overdrive-Agency, and founder of Catholic Narcissist Recovery. My expertise includes business coaching, sales coaching, mindset coaching, leadership development, business development, confidence building, decision-making, and narcissistic abuse recovery.
Together, we’ll uncover what’s really holding you back, overcome overthinking, perfectionism, fear, and self-doubt, and create a practical path forward. For clients who desire it, I also offer optional faith-based coaching rooted in the Catholic tradition to support deeper personal transformation.

My coaching is shaped by a unique combination of executive leadership, entrepreneurship, deep Catholic formation, and lived experience.
Before becoming a coach, I built a successful career in sales, serving as Vice President of Sales for Canada’s largest marketing agency serving publicly traded companies. I’ve also founded 2 businesses and a ministry, giving me firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, business development, leadership, and building scalable sales systems.
My personal journey has been equally transformative. Through healing from narcissistic relationships, marriage annulment, discerning religious life, formation through the Encounter School of Ministry, involvement in prophetic prayer ministry, and certification as a Metanoia Catholic Coach, I’ve come to understand how our beliefs, wounds, and relationship with God influence every area of our lives.
Today, I help entrepreneurs, sales professionals, leaders, and individuals recovering from toxic or narcissistic relationships uncover what’s truly holding them back. My coaching combines practical business strategy with mindset transformation to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. For clients who desire it, I also integrate Catholic faith, prayer, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, believing that lasting transformation happens when we address both the practical and spiritual roots of the challenges we face.
