Hi, I’m Lora. I’m a wife, homeschool mom, Lay Carmelite, and lifelong learner, and I love getting to know people and discovering the unique ways God has made each of us. I live in Charlotte, NC, with my husband and our three children, with three more interceding for us in Heaven.
With over 15 years of experience in communication and coaching, I hold a Master’s degree in Communication Management and certifications in Metanoia Catholic Coaching and somatic coaching. It’s my joy to accompany people who know they are made for more and desire to step more fully into who God created them to be. Whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or simply longing for greater peace and purpose, I’m honored to walk alongside you as you discern what God may be inviting you into.

We are part of the Body of Christ, and the world needs more of who you are and what you were made for—so that you can flourish, and so can the world.
As your coach, I’m here to listen, ask good questions, and help you see yourself and your situation more clearly. Together, we can uncover the perceptions, beliefs, and patterns that may be getting in the way of the life you desire. From there, we’ll explore what is truly yours to work through and discern the next steps toward greater freedom, peace, and purpose.
My hope is that through coaching, you’ll come to know more deeply who God created you to be—and have the confidence to live from that truth.
