Hi! I’m Denise. Convert (from zero faith); wife, adoptive mom and 12 years ago God freed me from binge eating. I lived a very private journey until God told me to “Go find my hurting daughters and bring them to me [God]”.
Since then, I’ve been helping women surrender their food and weight struggles to God so HE can heal them and reorder their relationship with food.
I teach women how to eat the food they genuinely enjoy without overeating and emotionally support themselves through the struggles and stresses of life…without food.
The results are natural…
…weight balances out
…you trust yourself around food
…and feel comfortable in your body (sometimes for the first time in your life!)
If you haven’t struggled with food and weight, this won’t make sense…
But, for the woman who has, the freedom and hope that’s possible when you surrender this area of your life to the Lord is Miraculous!

Of all the women in the world, God called me, Denise, to help HIM free women from the prison of food and weight struggles. I don’t say that in a prideful way, but from a place of deep humility, in that I feel a deep honor and responsibility to spread HIS message of hope and FREEDOM to struggling women.
He allowed me to experience such a desperation and suffering in my binge eating, finding no lasting solution…to the point where I was totally out of options (God does that to us sometimes, doesn’t He…)so that I had no choice, but to depend on HIM in a radically surrendered way.
Now, what was once the deepest pains in my life is a profound source ofjoy as I get to partner with God in helping other women out of that despair
He has given me the only Catholic Weight loss approach that does not compete with your vocation (yes, all vocations…I’ve had religious sisters as clients – nuns struggle too); that allows you to eat your favorite food; and teaches you how to emotionally care and support yourself without food.
I live this surrendered lifestyle daily and have been at my healthy weight for 12 years. And, not one day of those 12 years have I given up or binged…This is the freedom that is ONLY possible with HIS grace…And, He wants that for you too!
