I’m a certified Catholic Mindset Coach, lifelong Catholic and mom to 3 great kids. I’ve navigated the journey of motherhood, marriage, divorce, co-parenting, grief, and deep renewal in God. God is still writing my story (yours too!).
My support and coaching is gentle but honest.
We will pray.

- I work with Catholic women who want to hear God’s voice, live more aligned with His will and trust Him in all things — even in the messy of life and distracted thoughts — so she moves from a place of peace, joy, clarity and freedom rather than fear, overwhelm and anxiety.
1:1 Coaching
Personalized Catholic mindset coaching for Catholics navigating seasons of change, loss, or renewal – whether in parenthood, marriage, discernment or faith. Each session is a space to grow in self-awareness, discernment, and peace. Access to my Little Way Community is included for any 1:1 coaching packages.
Little Way Ladies Retreats
I lead online and in-person workshops and retreats. My signature Little Way Ladies Retreat is a day where Catholic women can listen, rest and reconnect with God. This retreat helps women grow in confidence in personal prayer, experience interior peace, and feel personally known by God using tools they can return to long after the day ends.
Each experience is reflective, practical, and deeply rooted in Catholic tradition. Participants leave with renewed clarity, compassion, and tools for daily growth.
