About
Hi, I’m Randy Warren. I live a short drive from Fátima on Portugal’s Silver Coast with my wife Claire and our three children — a US citizen and immigrant to Portugal after 24 years of US Army service across six countries. By trade I’m an executive coach, but faith, family, and leadership have never been separate threads for me; they’re one cord.
Over the years I’ve served my parish as an RCIA teacher, Religious Education instructor, and Youth Minister, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Pastoral Theology. I’m a Certified Catholic Mindset Coach through Metanoia Catholic and a Certified Metanoia Mission Coach, with ICF Level 2 coaching training being completed in Dec 2026. My work helps faithful leaders find clarity — not by changing their circumstances, but by anchoring their decisions in their faith.

I began this work because I needed it myself, and I found that when faith becomes the foundation rather than an afterthought, the circumstances don’t change, but the clarity does.
I coach faithful leaders — executives, clergy, military officers, and those carrying weight in service to others — who want to lead with conviction without losing themselves in the role. We work on real decisions, real pressure, and the courage to hold your standard when compromise is easiest. This is coaching grounded in proven frameworks, not therapy and not advice-giving — always at your direction, always anchored in the Christ.
