About
I’ve been happily married to my husband, Damon, for over 30 years, and one of my greatest joys has been homeschooling our eight beautiful children. Now, as a grandmother to many, I’m deeply grateful for the countless blessings, lessons, and graces found in the beautiful messiness of family life. Discovering the unexpected joys, surprises, and challenges that continue to come with a growing family continues to be a gift—along with experiencing God’s never-ending faithfulness and transforming grace every step of the way.
Marriage ministry has been a part of my life for most of my married years. I’ve served through Pre-Cana, NFP education, marriage retreats, speaking, and mentoring couples and women. I’m the Co-founder of Joyful Ever After marriage ministry, and of the EPIC Intimacy program and the Co-host of the 2020 Catholic Marriage Summit.
Saint Teresa of Avila reminds us that the first step toward holiness and union with God is self-knowledge. Throughout my many years in ministry, I’ve discovered a deep passion for helping women better understand themselves through the truth of who God created them to be.
As a Catholic Mindset Coach, Certified Clifton Strengths and Temperaments Coach, and Master of Social Work (MSW), I help women discover their God-given identity, strengths and mission. Through greater self-knowledge and personal development, I love helping women recognize how their unique gifts can flourish within their marriages, relationships, families and daily lives.
Work With This Coach
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected or simply longing for “something more” in your life or marriage, you are not alone.
As a Catholic Mindset Coach with a background in social work, I have a heart for accompanying women toward greater joy, peace, and freedom in every season of life and relationships.
My coaching approach blends practical strategies, mindset work, strengths and temperament assessments and faith-based guidance to help women move from where they are now toward where God is inviting them to grow—from struggling to thriving, from good to great and from great to holy.
I truly believe you are the expert on your own life and relationships—even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you, helping you recognize your unique strengths and mission and to uncover God’s grace at work in your story, and develop the skills and insights that support lasting healing, growth, transformation and the fulfillment God desires for you.
I would be honored to accompany you on your journey, and I look forward to connecting with you!
