Hi friend! My name is Maria Nugent and I live in Canada with my husband of 25 years and my 5 children.
As a Metanoia Catholic Coach, I am excited about working in God’s vineyard through the mission of human formation. I offer one-on-one coaching, as well as lead workshops, retreats, and events.
While I am happy to coach anyone, I specialize in working with people who want to trade in their confusion, overwhelm, and anxiety for a deep sense of interior freedom.
