Hi! I’m Jess Copeland. I am a wife to a collegiate basketball coach, and mother of five beautiful and competitive children. Residing in Florida, I serve as a Catholic Mindset Coach, Identity and Purpose Coach, Collegiate Sports Performance Coach & Personal Trainer. I love helping people move into courageous action.
My passion in coaching sits at the intersection of faith, formation, identity, and freedom, empowering individuals to align their values, gifts, and goals so they can thrive in their vocation and purpose. I am passionate about helping people discover who God created them to be.
Grounded in deep relationships, thoughtful discernment, and practical accountability, I believe lasting transformation happens when truth, trust, and intentional action come together.
