About
Hello! I’m Dana Ouellette. I live in upstate New York with 9 of my 10 children on earth. I spend much of my time learning from nature in my garden or studying Thomistic psychology. I am a Certified Catholic Coach through Metanoia Catholic. My passion for Catholic coaching was born through my own journey of navigating family hardship, personal healing, and rediscovering my identity and purpose through coaching. Through difficult seasons, I learned the importance of discerning thoughts clearly, understanding family dynamics, and remaining rooted in the truth of human dignity and God’s design for relationships. Those experiences now shape the way I walk alongside others with compassion, honesty, and hope.
Work With This Coach
Many Catholic families experience trauma and struggle unseen. The feeling of shame, guilt, sorrow and anger leaves them quiet, stuck and questioning their own self worth. In the end, they are left more isolated and farther from each other, faith and God. As a Catholic coach, I help individuals and families find clarity in the midst of relational struggles, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach combines practical mindset tools with gentle guidance and prayer helping clients recognize unhealthy patterns, strengthen communication, and grow in confidence and peace. I believe healing begins when people feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward with wisdom and purpose. My goal is to create a space where clients can reconnect with their identity, values, and the life they are called to live.
