What makes Mission Coach Training an incredible introduction to the world of Catholic Coaching is it’s authentically Catholic foundation and simple formula for helping others discern their mission in Christ.
This 4-month certificate training is designed to give you the foundational skills that every coach needs and a simple repeatable process that we call, The Mission Formula.
Best of all, your training will equip you to deliver our Ignite program, a 12-week group study leading others to discover and activate their unique mission in Christ.
Why a Mission Coach is Needed in Every Parish, School, and University
The mature expression of the Christian is a disciple-maker whose witness is bringing new members into the church.
But church membership is declining in the Western world, with a massive decrease in young adult attendance, especially in college years.
We train Mission Coaches to uncover the untapped apostolic potential of parishes, schools, and universities to grow more missionary disciples and help them discover and activate their unique mission in the church.

Mission Coach Training Core Modules
This 4-lesson module covers foundational concepts and essential skills for leading others as a coach. With time to practice what you learn in each session, you’ll get the chance for immediate application to build solid habits as a coach.
This 2-lesson module teaches you how to bring discernment and prayer into your coaching as you help others discern their unique mission in Christ.
This 2-lesson module teaches you how to unlock easy mission insights through two assessments: Temperaments and APEST. These lessons begin your training to deliver our Ignite program, and also show you how to turn each lesson into an introductory workshop to connect with new clients.
This 4-lesson module continues your training to deliver the Ignite program, helping you master the material and practice your coaching skills from Module 1.
This 3-lesson module completes your training to deliver the Ignite program, showing you how to help others name and activate their mission in Christ.
This final module gives you practical steps for organizing and launching your first Ignite Group Study so you can start helping people discover and activate their unique mission!
Dates of Next Course and Class Times
All 16 sessions are 90 minutes and held weekly on Tuesdays
We offer a morning class option at 8am ET and an evening option at 6PM ET
