Hi! I'm Teresa Miller. I live in Pennsylvania (not too far from Philly) with my husband. I'm the Mom of 5 (4 girls & 1 boy) so I have lots of parenting & marriage experience. I lead the guitar group 🎵 in my parish and I am on the Pre Cana team! I am a Certified Catholic Mindset Coach through Metanoia Catholic. I love to help others align their thoughts with God.

Being a wife and mother for over 35 years has given me great insight into the dynamics of both types of relationships. As you can imagine, parenting 5 children has brought so many different situations that I never thought I would have to handle. From mental health to same sex and gender issues. I can relate to those parents who are going through these issues and feeling lost because no one is truly prepared ahead of time. I also have experience in caring for the health of a spouse and parent. These are just a few of the areas in family life and relationships that I can help you find peace and understanding with the Holy Spirit's guidance.
