Dene' Rosser
Hi! My name is Dene’ Rosser and I live in Florida with my husband, Tyler, our five children, James, John, Gemma, Josie, and Charlie, and a little saint in Heaven. I have a background in Elementary Education and have spent the last year being trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems) and CliftonStrengths. I offer a unique style of coaching that integrates a strengths-based and parts-aware approach through a Catholic perspective. I am certified as a Catholic Mindset Coach with Metanoia Catholic and a Certified Accompaniment Coach through the Human Formation Coalition.
You know how people struggle with all the pressures of daily life. They are trying their best but still are exhausted and overwhelmed. I’ve been there and I can help you!
I am passionate about helping teams explore their unique design and grow in self-awareness to maximize their full potential. After learning about my strengths and embracing who God has created me to be, I have learned how to live with more peace and freedom within the chaos of daily life. Instead of being burdened by the pressure to perform, I have learned how to have compassion for myself and accept parts of me that I used to reject. This has led to greater fulfillment in my work and family life.
As a Catholic Coach, I will help you uncover your strengths and explore ways God is inviting you to live in your strengths with greater purpose. Seeing yourself and your teammates with a greater awareness of God’s unique design, you will experience less feelings of comparison and inadequacy and grow in appreciation for yourself and others. I will teach you how to be aware of thoughts or emotions related to your strengths and how to approach them with curiosity and compassion. Through working with me, you will learn skills to approach life with greater purpose. I have learned how to reclaim the peace that God wants for my life and I can help you reclaim this peace too!
