People with this talent are aware of exclusion and understand its repercussions. They bring a high level of tolerance and acceptance of diversity. They make room for everyone whether that’s on their team, in their social circles, or at their church. These people strive for integration and hate cliques.
If you don’t tame this talent, you may force others to participate against their will. But if you live your talent virtuously, you will create a space for all who are willing to contribute and encourage a receptive attitude towards diversity in the group.
