In this week’s episode, we talk about the Belief Talent!
Belief brings alignment with core values, vision, and purpose. People who have this talent love altruism and are set in their ways. They value stability, clarity, and conviction. These people often question the purpose and meaning of what they’re doing to make sure it aligns with the vision, which makes for a great leader.
If Belief sounds like a talent you have, you most likely make sacrifices and desire a cause or purpose for which to live. Virtuously, you ground values in God and invite others to willingly align themselves. Viciously, you may unreasonably submit to the values of others without thinking.
Lord, I believe, help my unbelief!
