Hi everyone! I'm Thalia Meza. I live in Ave Maria, Florida. I received my BA in Elementary Education, and my MA in Theology. I am currently the assistant coach for the Ave Maria University women's soccer team. Majority of my time is spent walking with and pouring into those whom I coach. I enjoy drinking coffee, going on walks, being in nature, and being with others. I am passionate about learning about all things human formation as well as spiritual formation. I am a Certified Catholic Mindset Coach through Metanoia Catholic. I recently received my level I certification as a CliftonStrengths Coach through the Human Formation Coalition, and am in the process of pursuing my level II certification.

I have encountered many young adults who value their faith and desire to be or are already on mission to serve the Lord, but have yet to encounter growth through human formation. It seems that they have yet to be poured into in this way and lack the support needed while being on mission. Others look at practicing or on-fire Catholics and think, "They are already great. They don't need more formation. They'll figure it out." They become burnt out and tend to feel shame in needing help or simply feel like they are walking alone on mission. My mission is to help young adults grow closer to themselves, to others and to God. I enjoy referencing the temperaments and the CliftonStrengths assessments in order to best walk with those I am coaching. I am currently working towards receiving my level II certification, and am in need of Strengths coaching hours! I am passionate about helping those who are already on mission to go deeper in order to become who God created them to be and to help them better pour into those they are serving.
