Hey y’all, I’m Sarah Harmon, one of Metanoia’s certified Catholic Coaches. I live in Fairhope, Alabama, where I work for Newman Ministry, a non-profit dedicated to helping young people keep their faith. I love learning as much as I can about human formation, and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Psychology from Divine Mercy University. I love helping people master tips and tricks to harness productivity, and find motivation to keep them moving forward.
