Hello! My name is Emily, though I am more frequently referred to as “mama” by the 4 treasures that the Lord blessed me and my high school sweetheart with. As a family we get to spend our days together exploring, experiencing, and unwrapping this gift called life. Most days you will find us at home simply hanging out, baking, tinkering away, playing in the yard with the animals, or tending to our garden. I love the smell of coffee, though I prefer tea with a splash of milk and honey. Nothing can stop my Hispanic roots from showing when a good song comes on or when it's time to host. I became certified in November 2023, and I can wholeheartedly say that helping people release the lies and embrace the truth in their lives has brought such joy to my own. And that’s it. Your turn!

I feel that these two bible verses truly capture the how and the why of my coaching. When you decide to work with me you are not just selecting a coach who genuinely wants to help, but you are picking someone who deeply desires to come alongside you and help you see the person that makes God smile. My hope is to help you grow in self-acceptance through self-awareness, while also pushing you gently yet firmly to be better. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit I teach you the tools on how to choose your thoughts whether it is about goal setting, overcoming bad habits, being more present, feeling better, or something else. I ask thought-provoking questions to help you become aware of your thinking, understand where it is leading you, and take back authority in your mind. I listen without judgement and give you the space to do the work to uncover the answers that you ‘surprisingly’ had all along. Together with the Holy Spirit, let’s help you learn to walk in the freedom and blessings that come as you step into your inheritance as a child of God. I would be honored to journey with you.
