Hi! I'm Brian Baudoin. I live in College Station, Texas with my wife, Carolyn, and our son, Caleb. After five years of work in ministry and organizational leadership, I joined Ablaze Ministries in 2017 as a full-time missionary. My current role consists of coaching and forming our missionaries, as well as doing diocesan and parish-level consulting work with ministry leaders across the country. Through Ablaze, I have over 1,000 hours of ministry and leadership coaching experience. I am a certified Catholic Coach through Metanoia Catholic and have expanded my coaching offerings to life coaching, mindset coaching, and organizational leadership development.
