Why people-pleasers have lousy relationships

Not every Phlegmatic is a people pleaser, but this temperament does have a special propensity to roll over in a relationship.

While there is nothing wrong with a desire to please others, it can be a recipe for an immature relationship when it becomes our only focus.

In this episode, we look at the Phlegmatic temperament, the strengths and weaknesses it brings to relationships, and how we can lean into the motivations of our Phlegmatic loved ones to help them be more authentic with those closest to them.
