We can carry a lot of negative thoughts about our emotions. They’re too much, not enough, good, bad, painful, etc. But what if we just felt them?

While the stonefaced #stoic life may seem more appealing than the out-of-control #triggered culture, these are two extremes that run contrary to Christian living and the theology of our bodies.
